KERN COUNTY, Calif. (KERO) — Caltrans says the southbound lanes of Hwy. 99 at Hwy. 166 have reopened Wednesday morning.
Caltrans reported that the lanes reopened at about 7:42 Wednesday after being closed due to a crash.
