BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Las Vegas Raiders have selected wide receiver Henry Ruggs III with the 12th selection in the NFL draft.
He is the first draft pick for the Las Vegas-era Raiders. Ruggs went to Alabama and had 40 catches for 746 yards and 7 touchdowns in his final season.
