BAKERSFIELD, Ca. — Undefeated league records were put to the test on the court on Wednesday night.
The Mira Monte Lions were perfect in Southeast Yosemite League play heading into a road game at North High.
The Stars got off to a quick start and never slowed down, winning 64-50. Shannon Ferguson put up a game-high 15 points for the Stars while Aymar Cazare led the way for Mira Monte with 14. Both teams are now 3-1 in the SEYL.
Bakersfield Christian maintained their perfect league record against the Independence Falcons. Kadar Waller led the Eagles with 21 points and 10 assists.
