BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Drillers girls volleyball team hosted a top team in the Valley, Clovis West. Despite taking an early first set lead, the Golden Eagles would steal momentum to take the next three and win the game with a final of 3-1 on Thursday night.
Ava Palm led the way for Bakersfield with a game-high 20 kills, 17 digs, one block and an ace service. Campbell Snelling following Palm with eight total kills on the night, while Brooklyn Moore and Juliette Blalock both came up with 16 digs each on defense.
Three Golden Eagles hit triple digits in kills as they went on to claim their 15th win of the season. The Drillers will look to host Templeton on Saturday.
