In this episode, Coach Barnes recaps the 'Runners trip to Bahamas, discussing the atmosphere as well as the competition the team faced. They left the island with a 3-1 record, finishing off the last two games with late three pointers to steal the victories. And Barnes talks about what a team can learn from those experiences.
He then previews their matchup against the USC Trojans this weekend and talks about the two recent signees the team acquired after the start of national signing period began.
Also, Kari puts coach in the hot seat with five rapid questions at the end during the 'Breakdown with Barnes'.
