BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Week eight of the high school football season and that means that most eyes are on postseason seedings for the Central Section. While quite a few teams were looking to keep their perfect records alive, others were in search of their first wins of the season. And the top-seeded local team in the section, No. 5 Liberty, was playing to keep their high mark in rankings as all teams near playoffs.
