Bakersfield Condors head coach Jay Woodcroft returned to town last month, to get his team ready for the start of a new year. His 'home' team that is.

While his family is back to school, Woodcroft is also preparing for the start of his 3rd season in Condorstown, whenever that might be.

He spoke to 23ABC's Mike Hart this morning about the challenges his team will face, the success they're experiencing at the next level and how he prefers chaos to isolation.
