BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A number of new restaurants and businesses have been playing the waiting game during the pandemic, wondering if they would ever open their doors.
For a new wine bar and eatery downtown, it's been three years from concept to completion before the delay, as a mother-daughter team is hoping to 'shock' the wine tasting establishment.
'BottleShock Wine and Brew' boasts an international selection, with more than your basic snacks to compliment their wine list.
The tasting room, located at the corner of 19th and 'O' Streets downtown (wine, beverages and snacks) is open Mon-Thur 11am - 10pm, Fri-Sat 11am - midnight and Sunday 10am - 8pm.
