BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Honor Flight Kern County will begin it's 9th year of operation in April with the first of several flights to Washington DC. So far, the organization has sent more than 1,500 veterans on 41 flights since the very first one in May of 2012. Lili Marsh dropped by 23ABC to talk about how it all started and where it's going in the future.
