The 74th Annual Clam Festival will not be taking place at Pismo Beach this year. But residents will still be able to vote for their favorite clam chowder online.
Restuarants that are participating are open for takeout dining outside and some indoor dining.
Pismo Beach plans to hold the festival normally next year in October with a parade.
