SOLEDAD, Calif. (KERO) — The U.S. Geological Survey said a magnitude 4.2 earthquake was reported Thursday morning near Soledad, Calif.
The temblor was reported shortly after 5:30 a.m. about 15 miles northeast of Soledad.
The depth of the quake was reported at 5.5 km.
