OCEANO DUNES, Calif. — The California Coastal Commission voted unanimously to phase out Off-Road vehicles at Oceano Dunes in three years.
The plan was originally to phase it out over five years, but the commission voted to amend the plan shortening it to three years.
According to our sister station, KSBY, two million people visit the Oceano Dunes annually.
