Monday is the anniversary of the day it snowed in Bakersfield, back on January 25, 1999. While there is snow in Kern County's forecast for tomorrow, us valley kids usually just have to make our own snowballs. This recipe is just one cup of cornstarch and two cups of white shaving cream with approximately five drops of blue food coloring. But there are other recipes to make your own snow!
