(KERO) — Law enforcement officers who defended the United States Capitol during the January 6th riots will be given Congressional gold medals on Tuesday, December 6th.
To properly recognize all of the officers, the medals will be placed at US Capitol Police Headquarters, the Metropolitan Police Department, the Capitol, and the Smithsonian.
