LAS VEGAS — He helped popularize the song, 'Streets of Bakersfield' and now Dwight Yoakam is taking a piece of the city to Sin City.
Starting in December Dwight will have a six-night residency at the Wynn Las Vegas called "An Evening with Dwight Yoakam and the Bakersfield Beat".
Dwight currently has his own channel on Sirius XM called the Bakersfield Beat.
But now fans will get a chance to see and hear his performance from December 4-14.
Tickets for the shows go on on sale Friday. If you don't want to wait that long, Dwight will be in Bakersfield on October 11 at the Fox Theater.
