Two suspects arrested in connection to the murder of a three-year-old Bakersfield boy were in court Monday.
The trial for Tyrone Johnson and David Palms is expected to start next month.
The District Attorney's office says Myeshia Dale, the third suspect in Sutton's death, was determined unfit for trial and was committed to mental health for a max term of life.
According to police, on the night of Sutton's murder, Johnson and Palms kicked in the apartment door where Sutton lived. Police say they shot and killed Sutton and injured his mother and brother. Police say Dale was the getaway driver.
