BARSTOW, Calif. — A suspect in a Rosamond murder case from last year has been arrested. According to the Kern County Sheriffs Office, 27-year-old Esteban Briseno was arrested in connection with the death of Kyle Ramirez.
KCSO began investigating Ramirez's death in April of 2018. At the time, Jaime Briseno Perez was arrested and charged with murder. He is still in custody.
Recently, KCSO received information that Esteban Briseno was in Barstow. With the help of the Barstow Police Department, Briseno was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Kern County jail on murder charges.
