BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — Kern County has a new chief operations officer. Stacy Kuwahara will take on the role starting next month.
Currently, she has been the director of the Kern County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services for the past three years.
She'll be tasked with designing and implementing important business strategies.
