BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — Wednesday the Bakersfield City Council is having a special meeting in regards to allegations made against the Bakersfield Police Department.
The California Department of Justice made the allegations saying BPD had violated some form of civil rights. The details of the violations are not known at this time.
