The three-year-old who was shot and killed in his own home last month was laid to rest by friends and family on Tuesday.
Major Sutton's family held a funeral for the young boy who was killed on Nov. 10 when a gunman came into his family's apartment and opened fire. His five-year-old brother and pregnant mother were also shot but both survived.
The suspect in Sutton's murder has not been caught. Just last week, an anonymous donor gave a $5,000 donation to the Bakersfield Police Department in hopes of finding the shooter.
