BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Believe it or not, October isn't that far off and that means Halloween time! And that means Scare Valley at the Kern County Musuem is getting ready to bring the fear back!
Described as "Bakersfield’s scariest haunt," Scare Valley has moved to the Kern County Museum and will be open for screams starting October 4th. "Get ready to experience the undead as you maneuver your way through the depths of hell."
And if being scared isn't your thing, the museum will also offer Halloweenville, as well as a pumpkin patch and activities for the whole family.
Plus, the Kern County Museum will also be offering their Safe Halloween program, a place "for all little trick-or-treaters and their parents." Beginning at 5 p.m. on October 30th and 31st, there will be more than 50 candy stations are open along with music and family entertainment in beautiful Pioneer Village.
