This week's Pet of the Week is 2-year-old Libby. She is a little bit more calm compared to the other pups we have had a chance to meet here at the Kern County Animal Services.

Libby is full of love and she loves giving kisses. She is great with other dogs. it doesn't matter what size. She loves the attention and just wants you to hold her like a baby. She is going to sit in your lap

She would be an awesome dog for an apartment or a house. She's very mellow and just wants to chill by your feet.

She is not a chewer. She doesn't really play with toys but she likes to have her stuffed animals to sleep with. She loves her big comfy beds so she is going to want to be in bed with you.

She's been at the shelter for almost a month.

You can foster her but she is getting sick from kennel cough. But while she is in foster care the shelter will supply antibiotics to give her.

She is microchipped but not fixed yet but she is up to date on her shots.
