One man arrested, two suspects still wanted for South Bakersfield homicide

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — One man has been arrested and two suspects are still wanted for a South Bakersfield homicide.

According to the BPD, around 8:02 p.m. on May 31, officers were called out to the 1900 block of Raymond A. Spruance Court for a victim of an assault.

When officers arrived, they found 30-year-old Victor Roman Dominguez of Bakersfield suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. BPD says Hall Ambulance personnel arrived and pronounced Dominguez dead at the scene.

On June 12, BPD identified Abraham Lopez, Missy Medina, and Francisco Flores as suspects in Dominguez's death.

On June 13, Francisco Flores was located in the 700 block of Huskey Drive in Oildale. Flores was arrested for outstanding arrest warrants for murder, conspiracy and gang participation.

BPD says Abraham Lopez and Missy Medina are still wanted for outstanding arrest warrants for murder, conspiracy and gang participation.

BPD says the firearm used in Dominguez's death has not been recovered. According to BPD, the suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
