Rio Bravo Greeley Elementary School has started a boutique for student who are in need of clothes, shoes and school supplies.

"He said it was like a real store and got to shop," said Cathy Mears Coordinator of special education.

Mears explained that her most fond memory is of a little boy shopping for the first time.

"We had one kid who came in and he was just so blown away with how many clothes and how many choices he had and that he wasn't receiving a bag of already pre-picked clothes," said Mears.

The boutique is for kids who are most in need and can't afford new clothes or school supplies.

It's a year-round boutique that is open and has all seasons of clothing and shoes.

The clothes that are in the boutique are from community members who donated the clothing.

Because of her efforts -- kids have a lot of options for back to school shopping.

"The kids that have come in they've just are so thankful that they really only take what they need and we are happy to give them what they need," said Mears.
