BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The rain doesn't have to be such a bad thing! Thanks to the weather, children can celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day with free hot chocolate at In-N-Out.

In-N-Out offers free hot chocolate to children 12-years-old and under on rainy days. Coincidentally, January 31st marks National Hot Chocolate Day.
