This includes the varsity football game between West High and Porterville. KHSD officials say the decision was made in part because of a lack of air conditioning inside buses. It is unknown if and when the game will be made up.

Because of this week's record breaking heat, football teams have been practicing in the early morning starting as early as 5:00 AM.
