BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Kern County Library Southwest Branch on Ming Avenue is reopening its doors after being closed for just over a week due to a maintenance issue.

Local residents will now be able to check out books, participate in programs and events, and use the computers for internet and printing services. Activities for children will also resume.
