If you have been waiting for this year's Kern County Fair, then wait no more. Tickets to this year's fair are on sale now.

This year's fair takes place from September 18th through the 29th. Tickets range in price from $5 for children 6-12, to $12 for adults. Active and retired military get in free with military ID.

Hours are Monday - Thursday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday (9/20) from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday (9/27) from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturdays from Noon to 11 p.m. and Sundays from Noon to 10 p.m.

Among this year's performers are Nelly, KC and the Sunshine Band, Tracy Byrd, Pablo Cruise, Josh Turner, Scotty McCreery and many others. Monster trucks and rodeo stars will fill the Coors Grandstand Arena.
