Jaliscos Meat Market on Panama Lane is officially closed until further notice.
According to Kern County Public Health’s website the restaurant was found selling food from an unapproved source. They also made beef jerky on site using an unapproved method. The Environmental Health Division of Kern County Public Health has ordered they cease and desist operation until further notice.
