Former owner of RV Peddler, Faye Pyle-Morero, 71 is behind bars facing up to 48 charges connected to RV Peddler.

Pyle-Morero is facing one count of conspiracy to commit a crime and forty-seven counts of grand theft: property and is being held on $2,880,000 bonds. Pyle-Moreno is scheduled to be in court next on May 15.

Former general Manager Ken Searcy is also facing charges after being arrested in Riverside County on Friday. He's being charged with fraud embezzlement, conspiracy to commit a felony and grand theft, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office website.

Searcy is also due in Kern County court May 15 for felony charges including conspiring to commit a crime and grand theft.

In court documents obtained by 23 ABC it states, Pyle-Morero was the sole owner of the RV dealership for over twenty years. The businesses sold new and used RVs, consignment sales and repairs.

The report shows, in April 2016 the Department of Motor Vehicles Investigations received numerous complaints about RV Peddler. Many of the complaints were from their consignment sales stating they would pay off the sale off their vehicle including to banks or any lien holders. Many customers complained RV Peddler sold their RV, but didn't pay the customer for the consignment sale and the customer had to continue to make payments on their consigned RV.

The report also shows other customers complained about buying a new motorhomes or trailer from RV Peddler and not receiving any type of current registration or titles.

The document also estimates Pyle-Morero embezzled approximately $2,845,552.00.
