The Environmental Protection Agency has reversed its stance on fracking and drinking water, saying the controversial practice can contaminate drinking water.
The agency released its final report Tuesday on fracking, saying areas with already limited water availability are affected the most.
Spills can result in chemicals reaching groundwater resources.
