UPDATE (5:25 a.m.): The Bakersfield Police Department says 20-year-old Rodrigo Marin has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting at Domino's on Wednesday.
According to BPD, Marin went into the Domino's on Brundage and, after a disagreement, began to forcibly take food. Police say Marin started assaulting employees and a struggle ensued. During the struggle, police say a gun possessed by Marin fell to the floor and discharged, hitting a girl who works at Domino's and Marin.
Marin left the restaurant, but was found later in the area of Buena Vista and F Street.
Marin now faces multiple charges including robbery, burglary and negligent discharge of a gun.

A juvenile girl who works at Domino's on Brundage Lane was struck by gunfire at the business, according to Bakersfield Police.

Police said a 21-year-old man found nearby also had a gunshot wound.
Bakersfield Police confirmed the 21-year-old was caught nearby. They also added a gun was found behind the business.

BPD Sgt. Dossey said the circumstances of what happened are still under investigation, police are reviewing surveillance video.
