(UPDATE September 20, 2018 11:10 a.m.) The DMV has fixed their router issue. All DMV's affected, including the Delano DMV, should now be able to process transactions.

The Department of Motor Vehicles in Delano is currently experiencing technical issues.

According to the DMV Public Affairs, Delano DMV is experiencing an issue with a router that may affect transactions. They are currently working to fix the situation. 

Forty other DMV field offices are also being affected.
