BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — Cal State Bakersfield has been selected by the governor's office as a partner campus for the Californians for all college corps program.
The initiative will help students pay for college in exchange for service to their community.
CSUB is one of 45 colleges and universities selected to participate in the program.
Students will learn leadership skills and civic engagement strategies while earning financial support and college credit.
