The Kern County Coroner's office released the official cause of death for 39-year-old Shayla Wingle, the woman who went missing on her way to Whiskey Flat Days in February.

Officials say her death was ruled an accident and the cause was hypothermia and environmental exposure in addition to methamphetamine and other drug intoxication.
