Northbound and Southbound 99 will be shut down briefly Monday morning to clear the road of power lines following a crash.
According to CHP Officer Robert Rodriguez, Pacific Gas & Electric will be clearing the lines near Seventh Standard Road.

Rodriguez said the closure of traffic will be brief.
