Chipotle needs help serving burritos and tacos to hungry customers -- and they're looking for employees hungry for a career.
The growing fast food restaurant is holding its National Career Day on Wednesday.
Management teams at all Chipotle locations will hold interviews for up to 60 people.
Company officials say they hope to hire 4,000 new employees in just one day, announcing on its website that they "aim to draft the next wave of future leaders on a truly unique career path."
According to Chipotle, more than 10,000 employees were promoted to management positions last year.
There are five Chipotle locations in Bakersfield and one in Lebec, near the Outlets at Tejon. There are also nearby Chipotle locations in Lancaster, Visalia and Fresno.
