23ABC has obtained Charles Manson's will.
The will states that Manson disinherited his two sons, and left his entire estate to Michael A. Channels of Newhall, California.
In the will, Manson also specified that along with his entire estate, he left Channels his remaining cash funds at Corcoran, his remaining property held by the state prison system, and any clothing or personal items held by the state prison system.

Manson also turned over any music and image rights, movie rights, printing rights, publishing rights, and any exclusive rights to his name to Channels. Manson gave written permission for all files to be released to Channels, including juvenile records, public files, police records, and prison records deemed to be a part of his estate.

In the will, Manson stated that upon his death he did not want to be held in state prison, rather released to Channels. Manson clarified multiple times within the will that he and Channels had both agreed on everything written in the will.
