BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to Caltrans, northbound 99 has been reduced to one lane at least eight miles north of the 99 and 5 separation.
Officials say the lane reduction is because of a multi-vehicle collision.
Caltrans said to expect delays traveling through the area.
