BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's help in identifying a suspect who authorities believe may be responsible for the vandalism and arson incident that took place at Saint Francis of Assisi on July 31, 2019.

The suspect is described as white man who is six feet tall, with a medium build. Police said he may be between the ages of 25 to 35 years old with a bald or shaved head.

The suspect was last seen wearing black pants, black shoes and a black t-shirt with a white emblem on the front.
