Today is the last day to apply for the summer jobs program, hosted by the Boys and Girls Club of Kern County and PG&E.
The program provides job readiness training and summer employment opportunities.
Teens ages 15 to 18 can apply.
The local Boys and Girls Club is taking applications.
Applications from interested high school teens will be accepted at two Boys & Girls Clubs through March 1, 2017 and can be downloaded at www.bgclubsofkerncounty.org/summer-jobs-program.
