It started out as a simple remake of a popular scene from an iconic movie, and then it went viral.
Ben Hess was thinking about filming an entry for an online contest called 'Scene Remake Challenge' for the YouTube channel, "Film Riot".
He called up his buddy, Joseph Baena and asked if wanted to re-shoot the classic 'Bad to the Bone' bar scene that his dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger made famous in 'Terminator 2'.
Then, he talked to Leland Scott, owner of the Willow Ranch BBQ in Buttonwillow, who not only let them use the front of the restaurant, but agreed to BE in the video!
The story includes behind the scene footage during the making of the video (which placed 3rd on Monday, Sept. 12, 2016).
