Dunkin' Donuts is set to open in Bakersfield on May 23 and as part of its grand opening ceremonies the company will donate to a local charity.

The company announced that as part of opening ceremonies, it will present Honor Flight Kern County with a $1,000 check. 

The donut chain will be located at 1211 Allen Road. It will open its doors starting at 5 a.m. on May 23.
