An amber alert has been issued for a 4-year-old girl.
According to the alert, Aranza Ochoa Lopez was last seen in Vancouver, Wash. on October 25. She is described as a 4-year-old Hispanic female with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Authorities believe she is with 21-year-old Esmeralda Lynn Lopez. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, 138 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen driving a 2005 red Chevy Cobalt with Washington license plate number BLK 1552.
The alert was issued by CHP on behalf of the Vancouver Police Department. The alert was issued for the following counties:
