BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On Saturday a local man delivered food to the Bakersfield Homeless Center for a good cause as part of the 2nd Annual Larry Koman BBQ.
Koman and his team will delivered tri-tip and hot dogs to people at the center. Some of the side dishes included salad and mac and cheese. Organizers estimated they fed about 150 people.
The food was served at noon at the Bakersfield Homeless Center at 1600 East Truxtun Avenue. It was free for residents at the center.
