BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Walmart is kicking off a free virtual wellness fair to help the Bakersfield community.
The event is online as Walmart wellness days and other in-store activities are limited during the pandemic.
The event has two more days left, Saturday and Sunday.
Organizers said it will show steps consumers can take to improve their nutritional, heart and mental health.
On Saturday they are focusing on heart health and customers will hear how they can move and eat their way to lower blood pressure.
