DELANO, Calif. — Tulare County Sheriff's are investigating a body found near a ponding basin near Delano as a possible homicide.

According to TCSO, deputies were called out around 10:30 Thursday morning to the area of Avenue 120 and Highway 43. Detectives were called in and are treating the investigation as a homicide for now.
