BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The men charged in the death of five-year-old Kason Guyton now have a court date. Jeremy King and Jonathan Knight are set to appear in court for trial on December 14th.
Back in 2017 Kason was shot and killed while in the backseat of a car. Kason's brother was also shot but survived.
Knight was arrested shortly after the shooting and officers arrested King in 2019.
Both men are facing multiple felony charges including first-degree murder.
