BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating a dead body found near Flower and Brown streets.
According to the BPD, officers responded to a call about shots fired and a person down at around 3:30 p.m. When they arrived they found a Hispanic teen suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene.
No suspect information has been provided. This is an ongoing investigation, more updates to come.
