BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Kern County District Attorney's Office announced that it is planning to retry David Keith Rogers, the former Kern County Sheriff's Office deputy convicted of killing two prostitutes.
A jury was deadlocked 10 to two in favor of Rogers being sentenced to death earlier this year.
He is expected to be in court for a status conference on Mon, Oct 9.
